What to have ready
Nothing formal. No deck. These are the things that make thirty minutes worth more than sixty.
- The team or squad that's blocked, and what specifically it's blocked on.
- Roughly when you'd want someone starting, even if that's only "sometime next quarter".
- Whether you'd contract with us directly or through a prime you already hold a contract with.
- If it's a build: whether there's an existing codebase, and whether your policy allows AI-assisted code at all.
- If it's Etheria: one real work item from your backlog. Not a hypothetical one.
We won't ask you for a budget number on the first call.
What happens after you book
Straight away
An email arrives with a Microsoft Teams link and a calendar file. If it isn't there in two minutes, check spam — it comes from an @thetaone.digital address.
Before the call
Nothing from us unless you send something. If you'd rather we read a brief first, send it and we'll have gone through it before we join.
On the call
No slide deck. The first ten minutes are your situation, the rest is what we'd actually do about it and whether we're the right people for it.
Afterwards
A short written summary of what we heard and where we think the requirements process is leaking.
